From My Heart to Yours

Like many of you, I was trained to achieve, lead, hold, juggle, take care of others and make things happen.

For a long time, that was the only way I knew how to be.

It wasn’t just what I did. It was who I was.

Then, about seven years ago, almost in an instant, it was gone. And with it, my sense of who I was.

What followed became one of the deepest and most honest journeys of my life.

It started simply, with meditation. Then the mystery began weaving its web, one thread at a time.

Dream circles in Switzerland. Sweat lodges in Mexico. Plant medicine in the jungles of Costa Rica. Indigenous wisdom in Peru and Canada. Cellular regeneration in Spain. Ancient mysteries in Egypt.

Mind. Body. Spirit. Science and the metaphysical. Slowly, the threads began to weave together.

And with every thread, more of me emerged.

The Mask of the Goddess is my act of courage.

To reveal another part of me, and invite you to meet another part of you.

After seven years on this path, there is something I deeply know:

inside every woman lives a Goddess waiting to be remembered.

For one evening, I invite you beyond the roles and responsibilities, into the parts of yourself waiting to come alive again.

This is my poem, my song, and my gift to you.

The Diana Within

Diana is the ancient Roman goddess of the hunt, wilderness and moon, known as Artemis in the Greek tradition.

She carries a bow and moves through the forest under the moon, sure-footed and alert. She chooses her target, draws the string and knows when to release the arrow.

She belongs to herself.

She is the huntress. The protector. She knows what is hers to pursue, and what is hers to protect.

But Diana also knows the forest.

At night, the paths disappear. The trees grow thick. Moonlight slips between the branches. There are sounds she cannot name and places she has never walked before.

And still, she enters.

The forest is another part of her. Wild, unmapped, alive. She wanders beyond what she knows to discover what waits deeper inside.

Diana belongs in both worlds. She can hold the bow and follow the moon.

The Mask of the Goddess is an invitation to meet the Diana within you.

For one evening, we enter the unmapped forest within.

When the Mask Goes On

Deep inside lives the girl who remembers when an afternoon could become an entire world.

Before everything needed a reason, she could disappear into her imagination, make up her own rules, be a little naughty, and want something simply because it delighted her.

She is still there.

And for her to come out and play, another part of us needs to awaken.

The Goddess.

She stands at the edge of the forest and says: go. I’m here. She holds the ground beneath the girl’s feet, giving her permission to wander and knowing she can bring her safely home.

And this is where the mask comes in.

For one evening, we put on an actual mask. Behind it, our roles grow quiet. The mind slips into the back seat. The familiar rules of how we should look, move, sound and behave begin to loosen.

As you travel, we hold the space around you. We brew cacao in the spirit of ancient traditions, guide the breath, weave sound and movement, creating enough structure to feel held and enough mystery to wander.

You bring the permission.

To enter the unmapped forest of yourself and see what comes alive.

Awaken the Goddess. Let the girl play.
Put on the mask. Let yourself surprise you.

And Then, You Let Go

From here, you give us something precious: your trust.

Cacao opens the heart, warming the doorway inward.

Breath shifts the ordinary rhythm of the mind, carrying you deeper into an inner landscape that words rarely reach.

Sound becomes more than something you hear. Its vibration moves through the body, giving form to what has been waiting beneath thought.

And from there, we follow the body.

You don’t need to know what comes next.

You don’t need the map.

For one evening, you get to let go.

We hold the journey. You follow what opens.
